With 1 hand surgery done and the next coming up shortly I figured it was time to make some slight updates and changes.

Firstly, in order to serve you better all ordering and communication will be done through email only sparkboxfx@gmail.com. It becomes too difficult to coordinate multiple platforms concurrently and I want to ensure that no one gets missed.

Secondly, due to either the economy or novelty wearing off, sales have been lower. I’ll be changing my ordering procedure and  completing pedals once I have enough orders to justify a large parts order from my supplier. This will help keep my costs down on shipping instead of having multiple small parts order. This also means I can’t necessarily give a short turn around time, though I try to keep enough basic parts on hand for the odd out of cycle order.

Pricing is subject to change.  I will ballpark prices before parts orders, but thanks to our wonderful world governments and an ever changing economy I don’t want to underquote myself.

All orders need a firm confirmation from the customer before I will begin.

Custom work will require a non-refundable deposit of $50 Cad before any work will begin.

Payments shall be made within 2 business days of invoicing or I reserve the right to cancel the order.
